Christine Kotzé struggled to conceive for over seven years!
As a Registered Dietitian, she turned to an evidence-based supplement regimen to support her fertility. But it meant taking handfuls of supplements every day, at a high cost. She felt there had to be a better way.
After experiencing the benefits firsthand and eventually becoming a mother, Christine set out to simplify fertility support for others.
This led to the creation of SoFitt.™ Nutrition - a range of all-in-one shakes designed to reduce the burden and cost of fertility supplementation, while supporting fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and overall reproductive health.
“After an unsuccessful IVF cycle, we decided to take a break. I started using your Advanced Fertility Support Shake, and a day before we were meant to start with our new egg retrieval, we found out that we are 5 weeks pregnant, naturally!”
“I’M PREGNANT! I started using your Advanced Fertility Shake immediately after leaving my birth control pill. A little more than a month later and I’m pregnant! Honestly a great product. I would definitely recommend it!”
“Just wanted to share some amazing news. After almost 18 months of trying to conceive and 3 months of ovulation induction, I decided to try the Advanced Fertility Support Shake. Just as I ordered my second tub, I found out I was pregnant! I truly believe the shake played a significant role. Thank you!”

🌱 Nutrition plays a key role
The right nutrients can help regulate hormones, support ovulation and create the best possible environment for conception.
👫 Both male and female fertility matter
Conception is a team effort - sperm health is just as important as egg health. That’s why our range includes targeted support for both partners.
⏱️ It takes at least 90 days to see improvements in egg and sperm health
Eggs and sperm develop over roughly three months, so we recommend 3–6 months of consistent use by both partners for best results.
If you’ve been following our journey, you may know that Christine (Registered Dietitian and Founder of SoFitt.™ Nutrition) has been on maternity leave - but she’s back in action and ready to support you with all things fertility and reproductive health.
