If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@sofitt.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For all other returns, exchanges or refunds, please contact info@sofitt.co.za within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging to qualify.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of purchase and the courier fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
